Diagnosis. Setae of middle row on 2nd costal section mostly heavy, peg-like setae, but not reaching R2+3. Hindleg tibia with 1 black, apically blunt, stout spine at outer apex on underside. Tenth sternite ventrally narrowing, notched medially on dorsal margin.
Distribution. China (Yunnan).
