Diagnosis. Abdominal tergites unicolorously glossy black (Pl. 4H). Labellum with 6 pseudotracheae per side. Tenth sternite longer than wide, dorsally dilated, concave on lateral margins. Oviscapt valve with 4 dorsal ovisensilla.

Distribution. China (Xizang, Yunnan).
