Diagnosis. Abdominal tergite IV with caudal, black band medially neither interrupted/constricted nor protruded. Scutum and scutellum unicolorously glossy black, without distinct color pattern. Hindleg tarsomere I with 2 black, apically blunt, stout spines at outer apex on underside. Tenth sternite slightly broader than long, dorsally dilated, with deep, narrow, V-shaped notch medially on dorsal margin. Oviscapt valve with 4‒5 dorsal ovisensilla.
Distribution. China (Xizang).
