刘书，博士，长期从事复杂性状的影像遗传学研究，综合运用遗传学、神经影像学和计算统计学等多学科手段，揭示复杂疾病以及认知行为等表型的潜在遗传和神经机制。在Nature Human Behaviour、Advanced Science、 British Journal of Psychiatry和Psychological Medicine等期刊发表论文10余篇。

1.人类复杂性状的影像遗传学研究

许多人类复杂性状与大脑密切相关，包括认知、行为以及神经与精神疾病等，受到多个基因的累积遗传影响，具有极为复杂的遗传和神经机制。基于遗传和神经影像等多组学数据，利用机器学习算法，识别与复杂疾病和认知行为相关的大脑生物标记物，探索基因-大脑-表型的通路机制。

2.灵长类动物的影像遗传学研究

灵长类动物与人类有着密切的血缘关系，两者在遗传、解剖和生理上具有高度相似性，是研究人类生物学和疾病机制的宝贵模型。通过对灵长类动物的神经影像和基因组数据进行数据挖掘，利用机器学习等方法，解析灵长类动物大脑的遗传机制，为研究脑疾病的机理奠定基础。未来可以通过基因操作等技术，在灵长类动物中进行基因功能分析，从而验证在人类中通过关联分析所发现的遗传机制。
