简历

邵永,理学博士,研究员,中科院青促会会员,云南省中青年学术和技术带头人(后备)。主要从事灵长类动物基因组多样性演化和特殊性状形成的进化遗传学机制研究,部分研究成果入选“2023年度中国生命科学十大进展”。迄今,发表SCI论文27篇,其中以第一或通讯作者身份(含共同)在Science、Nature Communications、Molecular Biology and Evolution(4篇)、Emerging Infectious Diseases等国际知名期刊发表论文12篇,7篇发表在5年影响因子大于10的期刊上,累计影响因子为159.36。任BMC Genomics期刊的编委会成员。多次受邀为Scientific Data、BMC Genomics、Zoological Research等期刊评审稿件。获得国家自然科学基金青年基金、云南省科技厅基础研究专项-重点项目等项目资助。

  研究方向

依托进化生物学思想,通过表型数据、多组学数据、人工智能、功能实验等多模态大数据比较整合,围绕灵长类动物进化发育和免疫力多样性形成的进化遗传学机制开展系列研究。这些研究对灵长类进化、人类疾病机制解析和疾病动物模型的精确构建有重要意义。
