  研究方向

1. 干细胞和类器官技术

  创新诱导性多能干细胞制备方法,开发类器官构建技术和微器官芯片集成技术,开展多能干细胞基因组稳定性、器官发育稳态、多器官联动互作、类器官移植等研究,促进干细胞资源在基础和转化研究中的高效应用。

2. 环境胁迫与疾病机理

  整合类器官、微流控和单细胞多组学等技术,研究低氧、超细颗粒物暴露等环境因素造成的基因组变异、细胞稳态、耐受与重塑等。重点关注胚胎发育过程的毒理学机制,解析发育阶段的异常环境暴露与人类重大疾病发生发展之间的因果关联,开发有效的干预策略。

3. 暴露组学研究的灵长类动物模型

  聚焦灵长类脑、肺等器官中区别于啮齿类动物的特有生理结构,突破啮齿类动物模型的局限,利用灵长类动物开展环境超细颗粒物暴露相关的中枢神经系统、呼吸系统毒理学研究。
