李明,博士,研究员,博士生导师,昆明动物所副所长。2008年毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院,获学士学位;2013年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获遗传学博士学位,同年赴美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院从事博士后研究。2016年回国后,在昆明动物研究所组建生物精神病学学科组,致力于精神疾病的遗传与神经机制研究。现任中国神经科学学会理事(2023-)、精神病学基础与临床分会委员(2020-),中国遗传学会行为遗传学分会委员(2023-),云南省神经科学学会常委(2022-)。获国家自然科学基金委青年科学基金项目A类(2022)、B类(2017)、国家海外高层次青年人才项目(2017)和云岭学者项目(2023)资助。现任BMC Medicine期刊编委(2022-)、Biological Psychiatry期刊编委(2025-)。在Nature MedicineJAMA PsychiatryNature CommunicationsMolecular PsychiatryAmerican Journal of PsychiatryBiological PsychiatryScience Bulletin等期刊发表论文,系统揭示了双相障碍等精神疾病的分子机制、细胞病理及生理表型,为我国精神疾病的精准防控提供了重要的科学依据和理论支撑。

  研究方向

以双相障碍为代表的精神疾病严重危害人类健康,其核心症状包括情绪波动和认知功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量,并伴随一系列共病风险和死亡率升高。系统解析其风险因素对揭示疾病机制及开发有效干预策略具有重要意义。我们聚焦于双相障碍及其相关表型的生物学基础研究,主要研究方向包括:

1、遗传与生物信息学分析:整合遗传学、生物信息学及机器学习等多学科方法,系统比较双相障碍患者与健康对照群体的遗传背景差异,解析不同表型的遗传学基础,筛选与疾病相关的功能性突变和易感基因,为早期诊断和精准干预提供分子标志物。

2、疾病模型构建与机制解析:构建模拟双相障碍临床症状的小鼠及非人灵长类动物模型,结合人诱导多能干细胞和脑类器官技术,揭示风险基因导致的脑功能异常及其分子机制。通过研究基因-药物交互作用,筛选潜在药物靶点,为开发新型治疗策略提供理论依据。
