  简  历

李明,博士,研究员,博士生导师。2008年毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院获学士学位,2013年于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获遗传学博士学位,同年赴美国约翰霍普金斯大学医学院从事博士后研究,2016年起在昆明动物研究所工作,成立生物精神病学学科组。中国神经科学学会理事(2023-)、中国神经科学学会精神病学基础与临床分会委员(2020-)、中国遗传学会行为遗传学分会委员(2023-)、云南省神经科学学会常委(2022-)、云南省精神心理疾病临床医学研究中心学术委员会专家(2022-);NSFC杰出青年(2022)、优秀青年(2017)、国家海外高层次青年人才(2017)、云岭学者(2023);BMC Medicine副主编(2022-)。在JAMA Psychiatry、Molecular Psychiatry、Biological Psychiatry、Science Bulletin、BMC Medicine等期刊发表论文,系统揭示了双相障碍等精神疾病相关的分子机制、细胞病理、生理表型等,为我国群中该疾病的有效防控提供了有价值信息。

  研究方向

以双相障碍为代表的精神疾病严重影响了人类健康,患者往往表现出情绪和认知方面的障碍,严重影响正常生活,甚至导致一系列机体疾病的发生和死亡率的升高,系统解析有关风险因素对于深入认识和有效控制疾病有重大意义。我们聚焦双相障碍及相关表型的生物学研究,目前主要研究方向概括如下:

1.利用遗传学、生物信息学、机器学习等,比较双相障碍患者与健康对照个体间遗传背景差异,以及不同人体表型的遗传学基础,发掘能服务于早期诊断和有效干预的突变和基因。

2.构建可模拟双相障碍患者临床症状的小鼠和灵长类动物模型,结合人诱导多能干细胞和脑类器官模型,解析疾病风险基因造成的脑功能异常及机制,结合其与相关药物的交互作用情况,寻找新药物与疗法的潜在靶标。
