董锋，博士，研究员，博士生导师。入选中国科协“青年人才托举工程”和中国科学院“西部青年学者”等人才支持计划。担任中国动物学会鸟类学分会委员会委员，云南省动物学会理事会理事，Avian Research、Zoological Research: Diversity and Conservation等期刊编委。以第一作者或通讯作者在Global Change Biology, Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences, Conservation Letters, Molecular Ecology等相关权威期刊发表SCI论文多篇。

近期研究方向如下：

研究方向一：鸟类多样性及其分布格局和维持机制

基于从全球到局域的多尺度视角，结合物种多样性、系统发育多样性、功能多样性和遗传多样性等多维特征，探索鸟类多样性的分布规律与演化机制。通过整合系统分类学、群落生态学、生物地理学、进化生物学等前沿方法，揭示物种适应、环境变迁及人类活动如何共同塑造鸟类多样性，为生物多样性保护提供科学依据。

研究方向二：珍稀濒危鸟类保护生物学

聚焦绿孔雀、黑颈鹤等旗舰物种，依托长期野外调查与生态监测，融合行为学、景观生态学、基因组学及保护生物学方法，深入解析濒危物种的生存威胁、适应性演化及种群恢复潜力，助力中国濒危鸟类的精准保护与科学管理。
