吕雪梅,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院引进海外高层次人才、“西部之光”引进人才、云南省引进高层次人才。中国科学院昆明动物研究所进化生态与多维组学动态学科组负责人,主持中科院生物多样性信息化区域中心、云南省西南及跨境生物多样性数据信息重点实验室、昆明动物所进化发育研究中心工作。目前已在National Science ReviewScience AdvancesNature CommunicationsMolecular Biology and EvolutionPNASGenome Research Science Bulletin等期刊上累计发表 SCI 论文63篇,获得专利11项、软件著作权2项、参与制定国家科学数据标准4项。主持及承担科技部国家重点研发计划课题及应急专项、中科院战略先导专项、基金委重大研究计划重点和集成项目、第二次青藏高原综合科学考察研究课题等。

  研究方向

1. 基因组三维空间调控的进化

旨在解析基因组元件在组学三维空间的相互作用导致的动物进化过程中表型创新和重塑。以空间构象为核心,整合遗传变异和表观遗传元件的调控关系,解析基因组三维空间构象在进化和发育过程中的建立和动态变化,揭示基因组三维空间构象的建立和调控机制及其进化规律,以及如何促进基因调控和其他基因组功能;推动对物种进化和生物发育在底层机制的创新认识和理论突破,并拓展应用于多种生物学过程和疾病研究。

2. 体细胞的进化与生态学:

聚焦于将体细胞作为进化生物学研究的独特模式体系,在实验室中构建持续进化的细胞培养体系,建立进化与生态学相结合的研究新范式,结合群体遗传和种群动力学运用进化生态理论模型,融合数学、生物信息等领域的交叉研究体系,回答细胞在短期应对和长期适应不同环境波动过程中,细胞群体的动态、种群之间的相互作用以及整体适合度的演化规律及其趋势是什么?其中与关键性变化相关的网络构成和特征是什么?在更新和完善相关的传统进化理论的同时,通过干扰群体适合度和稳态体系,为治疗肿瘤提供理论参考,发展肿瘤治疗新方法。

3. 病毒的进化和动态追踪:

探索动物潜在疫源病毒的分布规律以及存在的跨种传播事件,推演其演化过程;面向病原检测的应用,开发并改进第三代病毒组测序分析平台;建立实验进化体系,模拟以新冠病毒为代表的疫源病毒在自然条件下的传播过程,解析其变异特征及进化规律。
