王林,博士,副研究员。从事多能干细胞的基因组稳定性调控机理研究,鉴定了一系列多能干细胞特异的维持基因组稳定性的因子,包括长链非编码RNA和蛋白因子。相关研究结果以第一作者(含并列)在Nature CommunicationsScience AdvancesPANS等国际期刊发表多篇SCI论文。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、云南省面上项目和云南省重点项目,入选云南省“兴滇英才支持计划”青年人才

  研究方向

多能干细胞是一类具有自我更新和无限增殖能力的多潜能细胞,包括胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞,可在体外分化为各类细胞和类器官用于药物测试研发、模拟体内发育的过程,在再生医学中作为种子细胞用于临床细胞治疗,具有巨大的应用前景。然而,多能干细胞在长期的培养过程中,遗传物质容易发生变异,这极大地阻碍了多能干细胞的实际应用。针对这个问题,我们拟从多个角度解析多能干细胞的基因组稳定性调控机理,优化多能干细胞的培养条件,实现多能干细胞的长期稳定培养。
