简历

张宝林,博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。于2018年毕业于中国科学院昆明动物研究所获博士学位,之后留所工作至今,现为灵长类进化遗传与发育课题组副研究员,国际灵长类基因组计划骨干成员之一。主要从事灵长类遗传进化及其遗传资源挖掘利用的研究工作,以期望回答灵长类是“如何来”以及 “我们如何利用”等科学问题。近年来在国际知名期刊发表多篇研究学术论文,包括Science Advances, Molecular Biology and Evolution, National Science Review, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences等,研究成果曾受到国内外知名期刊和媒体的广泛引用和报道。

  研究方向

1)灵长类遗传进化:综合利用多组学和多学科交叉的优势,探究灵长类关键类群的物种起源,物种形成,基因交流,表型多样性进化,以及环境适应等一系列科学问题。

2)猕猴遗传资源挖掘利用:猕猴是最理想的人类疾病动物模型,依托昆明动物研究所“灵长类设施”等国家级平台,构建猕猴表型组队列,将猕猴表型进行数字化、可视化、智能化。基于“正向遗传学(表型à遗传)”的研究思路,解析猕猴表型和疾病的遗传基础,同时利用“反向遗传学(遗传à表型)”思路,挖掘潜在的猴疾病动物模型并加以利用。
